I found this ad in the latest issue of Vice. It's for Brooklyn Industries.

What the fuck gives them the right to make up fucking ridiculous neighborhood names like this? I used to live not a few blocks from there, and no one calls it "Southburg". Not the hipsters displaced from the Northside, not the entrenched Dominican and Hasidic communities, not even the fucking real estate brokers.

This is worse than calling McKibben "East Williamsburg".
