Biennial yet, but word is , it fails by many measures . I'll go--because I have to--recon . But based on the down-right meaningless ad above, presented to me half way down Gothamist tonight, I'm dreading it. It's an animated embarrasment to the true heart of the art world--a tenuous community to which I tenuously remain a part.
